Kupol-Rodniki Izhevsk (Superleague 1) strengthened their roster with the addition of 33-year-old Belarusian ex-international 198cm shooting guard Vitali Liutych for the 2025-26 season. He played most recently in Barnaul. In 17 Superleague 1 games in Russia, he recorded 9.6ppg and 3.8rpg last season. The previous (2023-24) season, he played at KK Zlatibor Cajetina (KLS) in the Serbian league. He also played 22 games in the Serbian KLS, where he averaged 7.0ppg and 3.4rpg that year.
Liutych was also a member of the Belarusian international program for some years. He played for Belarusian Senior National Team between 2012 and 2020 and previously for the Under 20 National Team back in 2012.
Liutych is a very experienced player. He has played also in Belarus (Vitalyur RGUOR and BC Minsk), Estonia (Kalev/Cramo), Lithuania (Siauliai), Serbia, and Russia (Enisey, BC Pari Nizhny Novgorod, and Samara).
Liutych won the Estonian League championship title in 2017. He was voted to Eurobasket.com Estonian League All-Imports Team in 2017.
