BC Minsk (Premier League) confirmed in their roster 29-year old Belarusian-Israeli ex-international swingman Roman Rubinshteyn (194cm-78kg-1996, agency: Alti Sport) for the new 2025-26 season. He played there last season. In 38 Premier League games, he had 13.1ppg, 4.4rpg, 1.8apg, and 1.3spg. He helped them to make it to both the league and Cup finals.
Rubinshteyn was also a member of the Belarusian international program for some years. He played for Belarusian Senior National Team between 2016 and 2022 and previously for the Under 20 National Team back in 2016.
Rubinshteyn is a very experienced player. He has played in Israel (Maccabi Ashdod/Gderot, Next Urban Maccabi Haifa, Hapoel Beer Sheva, and Hapoel Modi'in), Poland (Legionisci), Russia (Irkut), Serbia (Kolubara), Slovenia (Zlatorog), and Belarus (BC Minsk Second Team, Impuls, and BC Minsk U20 team).
Rubinshteyn's team won the Belarusian Cup in 2018. He was voted to the Eurobasket.com Belarusian League All-Domestic Players Team in 2024.
