Coldmaris BBC Nord Dragonz Eisenstadt (BSL) added 33-year-old Canadian guard Justin Edwards (192cm-96kg-1992, college: Kansas State) to their roster. He recently played at Purple Reign (The Basketball Tournament) in the U.S.
He was a member of the Canadian University National Team in 2013.
Edwards is a highly experienced player. Thanks to Edwards' pro career, he has played on four different continents (Europe, Asia, Africa, and North America) in ten different countries. He has played professionally in Canada (Honey Badgers), France (JSF Nanterre), Hungary (Kormend and Alba), Israel (Ironi Nahariya), Italy (Orlandina), Montenegro (Derby), Romania (Cluj Napoca and CS Municipal Ploiesti), Tunisia (Club Africain), South Korea (Anyang and Skygunners), and The Basketball Tournament (Purple & Black).
Among many awards, his team won the Tunisian League Regular Season in 2024. Edwards was voted to Eurobasket.com All-Hungarian League Honorable Mention back in 2020.
He graduated from Kansas State in 2016 and it will be his tenth season as a professional player. Edwards played also for University of Maine for 2 years.
