SKN St. Poelten Basketball (BSL) agreed terms with 25-year old Czech forward Tomas Mikyska (201cm-104kg-2000, college: CBC). He already started the season at H.Kralove in NBL league in Czech Republic. In 10 games he had 4.9ppg and 1.9rpg and in his first game in Austria he helped his new team with 11 Points, 8 Rebounds and a Block to beat the top-ranked team from Oberwart. Last season he played at ERA Basketball Nymburk (NBL) in Czech Republic league, where he recorded just 2.6ppg and 1.8rpg in 26 games. He also played shortly for another Czech Republic team, Basketbal Polabi Nymburk (NBL) in Czech Republic league. Mikyska graduated from Central Baptist College in 2024 and is in his second season as a professional player. He won the Czech Republic League championship title in 2025. Mikyska was voted to the Eurobasket.com All-Czech Republic League All-Defensive Team in 2025. He also played for Barry University for 3 years.
