BK Karbon-X Dukes Klosterneuburg (BSL) signed experienced 35-year-old American guard Mike Holton Jr. (186cm-84kg-1990, college: St.Michael's). He already started the season at SKN St. Poelten Basketball. In 9 BSL games in Austria, he had 14.8ppg, 2.4rpg, 1.7apg, and 1.1spg. Last season, he played at Sabah BK Baku (ABL) in the Azerbaijani league. The team competed in three different competitions that year, and he had a chance to explore basketball on different levels. He also played 6 games in FIBA Europe Cup, where he recorded 7.3ppg, 1.7rpg, 1.0apg, and 1.0spg. Holton also played 21 games in the Azerbaijani ABL, where he averaged 6.0ppg, 1.1rpg, and 1.6apg, helping them win the league title.
Holton is a very experienced player. He has played professionally in Azerbaijan, Cyprus (Apollon), France (Lille), Germany (TKS 49ers), Israel (Hapoel Ramat Gan Givataim), Ukraine (Zaporizhye), and The Basketball Tournament (Mental Toughness).
Holton was voted to the Ukrainian Superleague All-Star Game in 2019.
He graduated from St. Michael's College in 2015 and it's his 11th season as a pro player.
