ProSportsCareers Services:
ProSportsCareers.com is a new sport agency based in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada. We believe that we are on the cutting edge of the athletic representation business using the World Wide Web and innovative working relationships with other sport agencies to offer the best service and support we can for our clients. Although ProSportsCareers.com is located in western Canada we recognize that it is essential that we have global access to and for our clients.
Because of the rapid expansion of professional sport internationally, along with some of the recent and sometimes confusing business developments, it is more difficult for athletes to totally concentrate on achieving their full potential. For these reasons an athlete more than ever needs close and immediate access to their representative/agent.

ProSportsCareers.com believes there are three crucial and distinct stages in an athlete’s life to achieve success both on the playing field and in their non-athletic life. These stages are, the “Pre-Professional Stage”, “Athletic Career Stage”, and “Post Athletic Career Stage”. We also guarantee that we will be with you through every stage as our company philosophy is that your representative/agent should be there to support and achieve your goals in life as well as advancing and maximizing your potential in your chosen sport.

The Pre-Professional Stage may well be the most important stage of your athletic journey because it is here where you form your work habits and develop your own personal discipline. During this stage we urge you to start conducting yourself in a mature and responsible manner that will allow you to have a head start on the other athletes who will be competing with you to make it to the Athletic Career Stage. We strongly support our clients in all their educational responsibilities. ProSportsCareers.com is 100% committed to seeing that you achieve all your goals and we promise to discharge our mandate to promote and market our athlete’s during this crucial time in their development as an athlete and a person.

Please note that there is never a fee for our services until such time as a client signs a professional contract that we have negotiated.

The goal of ProSportsCareers.com during the Athletic Career Stage is to enhance our clients’ opportunities to fully realize their athletic potential. We will strive to maximize an athlete’s fiscal earnings and achieve long-term security during an athlete’s active participation period.

Our fees vary from sport to sport based on industry standings and rules governing what a representative/agent can charge. Most sports now have predetermined rates that can be charged for fees. As well we have at our disposal a network of experienced professionals able to provide a wide range of services. For more information please see Services.

During the Post Athletic Career Stage, ProSportsCareers.com will work together with our clients during the Athletic Career Stage to make a smooth transition into this phase of their life. As a full service agency we are able to provide a wide range of services to assist our client’s reach their full potential during all stages of their life. We will attempt to address all aspects of creative personal and career planning.

We will place the athlete in the driver’s seat by removing some of those nagging doubts about life beyond the playing field.
