Chang Thailand Slammers (ASEAN League) signed 30-year old Rwandan ex-international forward Darrius Brannon (206-83, college: Houston). He played most recently at Corr.Victoria in Mexican LNBP, but left. In 10 games he had 6.0ppg and 5.1rpg last season.

The National basketball league champions, Espoir have signed 17-year-old Steven Hatumintwari and Herve Kayitana, 18 from Petit Seminaire de Karubanda.
Confirming the duo's acquisition, Coach Jean Bahufite said, the signings highlight the club's vision of giving chance to the young players.

Desportivo 1. De Agosto Luanda (Division I) agreed terms with 28-year old American (has also Rwandan passport) guard Cedric Isom (188-84, college: E.Texas Baptist). He played last season at Petroleos (Division I). He helped them to win the Super Cup.He contributed to his team making it to the cup semifinals.
Isom was voted Eurobasket.com All-Icelandic League 2nd Team in 2009 and 2010.
